Own your hardware, own your security.

Hanwha Vision 5MP AI bullet camera

RAZC Solution delivers pre-configured hardware systems with secure remote management across Canada and the US, straight to your door. It arrives tested and ready to run: install it yourself or use the installer of your choice.

Commercial-Grade Hardware & Optics

We don’t use plastic consumer toys. Your perimeter is secured by Hanwha Vision 5MP AI cameras, IP66 weatherproof and IK10 impact-rated to withstand brutal winters, heavy rain, and extreme heat. Featuring infrared night vision up to 30 m, they capture crisp black-and-white footage long after the sun goes down. Every feed is processed locally by a custom-built, enterprise-grade NVR, built by RAZC on a Dell business-class platform with an Intel® Core™ i5 processor and 16 GB of memory, recording to an 8 TB Seagate SkyHawk AI surveillance drive—delivering heavy-duty hardware for heavy-duty protection.

Enterprise AI Object Detection

Real-time threat recognition powered by Deep AI. The system actively filters out shadows, leaves, and rain, isolating precise human and vehicle movement. It doesn’t just record your business; it actively watches it.

Encrypted Cloud & Local Storage

Built-in data redundancy. Your system includes a minimum of 14 days of continuous local recording and 30 days of encrypted cloud backup for triggered events, so your alert clips survive even if the recorder is damaged or stolen. Built with a strict data sovereignty policy: Canadian clients’ backups are stored in Canada, and US clients’ backups in the US.

Zero Trust Remote Architecture

Unlike off-the-shelf systems that leave your network exposed, your system runs on its own encrypted private network. No port forwarding, no firewall changes: you never open a single port on your router. View your cameras from any web browser through your system’s private https link and secure login. No VPN app required. Zero ports to open. Zero backdoors.

Long-Range Wireless Bridging

Connect detached garages, gates, or secondary outbuildings up to about 10 kilometers away with clear line of sight and zero underground trenching or physical cable runs. The kit includes a pre-configured PoE switch for the far building, so up to 3 cameras plug straight in to expand your perimeter effortlessly. Powered by carrier-class 5 GHz architecture, heavy-duty outdoor units forge a rock-solid, high-speed link that cuts through interference and brutal weather elements.

Military-Grade 256-Bit Encryption

Your video is locked down end to end, from your recorder to your screen. Secured by military-grade 256-bit encryption and routed through the state-of-the-art WireGuard® protocol—the same class of cryptography trusted by governments and global banks. Alert clips travel to the cloud encrypted, too. Nobody sees your business but you.

Total Control Right in Your Pocket

Stay effortlessly connected from any web browser on your phone or computer, no app required. From instantly toggling video stream clarity to smooth live viewing and rapid timeline review, our platform puts complete command in your hands. Get immediate push notifications through the optional Blue Iris mobile app (sold separately by its maker on the App Store and Google Play) when something happens, review the event instantly, and effortlessly export high-definition video clips directly to your device on demand, ensuring your evidence is always yours to keep.

Absolute Liability Protection

The centralized brain of the RAZC Solution is engineered strictly for commercial-grade deployments. Unlike consumer-level appliances, this custom-built, enterprise-grade NVR, stress-tested by RAZC before it ships, operates continuously, utilizing a dedicated, continuous-duty Seagate SkyHawk AI surveillance drive. Purpose-built for high write-cycle environments, this drive is made for constant 24/7 operational stress. The system’s architecture provides total situational control, featuring deeply customizable phone alerts tailored to specific operational requirements and remote access from anywhere. This uncompromised hardware standard is what separates true enterprise security from consumer toys.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: Do I need to download a mobile app from the App Store or Google Play?

  • A: No. No downloads are required: access is handled entirely through the private web portal link in your email. Open it in any web browser on a phone or computer and log in; no VPN app needed. You can also use your browser's menu to add the portal directly to your home screen for instant, one-touch app access. For instant push notifications and security alerts, add the optional Blue Iris mobile app (sold separately by its maker on the App Store and Google Play) and sign in with the same login.

  • Q: How do I set up system access on a mobile device or computer?

  • A: Open your original onboarding email to find your secure credentials and your private web portal link. To connect on a phone or computer, click the link and log in via any standard web browser; no VPN app needed. Want push notifications? Add the optional Blue Iris mobile app (sold separately by its maker on the App Store and Google Play) and sign in with the same link and login.

  • Q: How do I export, save, or download video footage for records or authorities?

  • A: Your system features full-access export capabilities, ensuring your evidence is always yours to keep. To quickly secure video evidence, open the secure mobile app or your private web portal and navigate to the events or timeline tab. Locate your specific time frame, use the timeline selector to set your exact start and end points, and tap or click the export icon. Select the download option to save the high-definition, timestamped video file directly to your device for immediate sharing or archiving.

  • Q: How do I access my 30-day cloud backup if the physical hardware is damaged or stolen?

  • A: Your system automatically syncs triggered events to our redundant, secure, encrypted offsite cloud vault for 30 days, stored in Canada for Canadian clients and in the US for US clients. Because this vault is locked against deletion from your local network to prevent digital tampering, retrieval is managed entirely by our team. In the event of catastrophic hardware damage or theft, simply contact [email protected] with the date and time of the incident, and once we verify the request comes from your business, we will promptly provide a secure, encrypted download link for your footage.

  • Q: Can I purchase a RAZC system for my personal residential home?

  • A: No. The RAZC Solution is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial enterprise product. The hardware, software architecture, and legal terms of service are engineered exclusively for professional, industrial, and commercial deployments.

  • Q: Is the system hard to install?

  • A: No. The software is completely pre-configured and plug-and-play, and every system arrives tested and ready to run. Mount the cameras, plug it in, and it connects on its own. The recorder runs headless: no monitor, keyboard or mouse needed. Install it yourself or use the installer of your choice.

  • Q: Can I use existing CAT5e/CAT6 infrastructure, and how is the endpoint hardware powered?

  • A: Yes. The system utilizes standard IP network infrastructure. The local cameras are powered via standard IEEE 802.3af/at Power over Ethernet (PoE) using the provided Gigabit PoE+ switch. A single standard network cable handles both data transmission and power delivery. Note: If utilizing the 5GHz Wireless Bridge Kit, the required 24V passive PoE conversion hardware is included to interface safely with the active PoE network switch.

  • Q: What is the maximum cable length I can run to a single camera?

  • A: Standard CAT5e or CAT6 network infrastructure can reliably transmit both high-speed data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) up to 328 feet (100 meters) from the switch to the camera. If your required distance exceeds this physical limit, you can utilize our Long-Range Wireless Bridging kit or add a PoE extender mid-line to seamlessly extend your perimeter.

  • Q: I have a secondary building, gatehouse, or detached garage. Do I need to dig a trench for physical cables?

  • A: No. Our Long-Range Wireless Bridging kit utilizes carrier-class 5 GHz Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) technology to create an invisible, high-speed Ethernet cable through the air. Operating seamlessly up to about 10 kilometers with clear line-of-sight, the bridge receiver acts as a standard network drop. The kit includes a pre-configured PoE switch for the receiving end, so you can add up to 3 cameras at the remote building without running a single underground trench.

  • Q: Do you install the cameras and run the cables for me?

  • A: No. RAZC Solution delivers fully pre-configured, enterprise-grade hardware directly to your door, tested and ready to run. You are 100% responsible for the physical mounting and cabling: do it yourself, or have your own staff or the installer of your choice handle it. To ensure safety and compliance, all physical installations must follow the building, electrical, licensing and privacy rules that apply at your site.

  • Q: When does my monthly software subscription billing actually begin?

  • A: Your monthly subscription does not start at checkout. Billing remains dormant until your hardware is delivered, powered on, and completes its initial secure cryptographic handshake with our network. At checkout you pay only for your hardware: CA$3,000 per system with one camera included, plus CA$1,000 for each extra camera and CA$500 for the optional wireless bridge kit. Once your system connects, it's CA$25 per camera per month, month to month, with no long-term contract.

  • Q: If I cancel, can I reactivate my cloud features later?

  • A: Yes, but reactivating a disconnected system requires specialized technical labor, cryptographic key regeneration, and VPN tunnel re-authentication. Because of this, a non-refundable CA$500 Re-Provisioning Fee applies to reinstate your remote access, in addition to resuming your standard monthly subscription.

  • Q: What happens to my security system if I cancel my monthly software subscription?

  • A: Because you own your hardware, your cameras will not stop working. If you cancel your subscription, or it lapses for non-payment (3 weeks after a failed payment), the encrypted VPN tunnel, remote cloud viewing, mobile app access and cloud backup are disconnected, and you lose free hardware replacement once your 12-month warranty is over. However, your local Network Video Recorder (NVR) will remain active as a "headless" unit, continuing to record a rolling minimum of 14 days of raw video locally on your premises.

  • Q: How do I add cameras or cover a second location?

  • A: Order extra cameras at CA$1,000 each, at checkout or anytime later using the email you ordered your system with, and we pre-configure them to match. Each extra camera adds CA$25 per month to your subscription, up to 14 cameras per system. A bigger site or a second location simply orders another complete system: CA$3,000 one-time, then CA$25 per camera per month, on its own subscription.

  • Q: What do I do if the system doesn't come online when I first plug it in?

  • A: The RAZC system is fully autonomous. If it does not appear online within a few minutes, simply verify that the system's Ethernet cable is securely connected to an active internet port on your router. The system continuously monitors for network access and will automatically complete its secure handshake the moment connectivity is physically established. No reboots or manual configurations are required. Still offline? Email [email protected] and we'll take it from there.

  • Q: What is your return policy on the hardware?

  • A: We accept hardware returns within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Non-defective equipment must be in its original, unused, undamaged, and uninstalled condition (no clipped cables or stripped screws), complete in its original packaging; a recorder that has been plugged in and activated counts as used. You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping. Authorized returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the client is responsible for all return shipping logistics and costs. Defective or dead-on-arrival items are replaced with no restocking fee, and we pay shipping both ways.

  • Q: How are hardware warranties and equipment defects handled?

  • A: You deal only with us. All hardware we supply, including the cameras, the switch and your custom-built recorder, is covered by our own warranty for 12 months from delivery, whether or not your subscription is active. After that, we replace defective hardware free of charge for as long as your subscription stays active. Dead-on-arrival and defective items are replaced with no restocking fee, and we pay shipping both ways. See our Warranty Policy for full details and exclusions.

  • Q: Which cameras do you use, and why?

  • A: We prioritize proven commercial hardware over consumer marketing buzzwords. Every camera we ship is a Hanwha Vision 5MP AI bullet camera, from an established South Korean commercial surveillance manufacturer that lists it as NDAA compliant. It's built for commercial sites: IP66 weather sealing, an IK10 impact rating, a motorized zoom lens to frame each area exactly, and infrared night vision up to 30 m (black and white in the dark).

  • Q: Do I need to set up UPnP or port forwarding, or change my firewall?

  • A: No. We utilize a strict Zero Trust network architecture. The RAZC NVR acts as an outbound client, establishing a strongly encrypted WireGuard® tunnel to our secure network. There are zero inbound ports to open, no UPnP requirements, and absolutely no need to reconfigure your perimeter firewall.

  • Q: What happens to my surveillance operation if my facility loses internet connectivity?

  • A: Rock-solid reliability is built into the local hardware layer. If your facility suffers an ISP outage, the RAZC NVR continues to process AI object detection and records continuous high-definition footage locally to its Seagate SkyHawk AI surveillance drive. While remote mobile viewing and live cloud backups will be temporarily unavailable during the outage, your physical premises remain actively watched and recorded. Once connectivity is restored, cloud synchronization and health telemetry resume automatically.

  • Q: Is my video data stored securely?

  • A: Absolute data privacy is our priority. Your system features a Zero Trust remote architecture. Footage is stored locally on your recorder for a minimum of 14 days, with 30 days of event-triggered backup secured in encrypted cloud storage. We operate under a strict data sovereignty policy: cloud backups for Canadian clients are stored in Canada, and for US clients in the US. Our team views your video only when you ask us to or when the law requires it; see our Privacy Policy for details.

  • Q: Do the cameras record audio?

  • A: No. Audio recording is turned off on every system we supply. Recording conversations raises serious privacy-law issues, so we leave it out by policy.

RAZC Solution systems are strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) product, sold only to businesses and organizations for use at business premises in Canada and the United States. We do not sell to individuals for personal, family or household use. When ordering, the Client must provide its legal business name and, if it has one, its business or tax registration number. The Provider may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if it cannot confirm that the Client is a business.
2. Payment Terms, Delivery & Credit Card Authorization
By placing an order, the Client authorizes the Provider to securely retain and process payments via our payment gateway (Stripe) for the duration of the active subscription.
2.1 Continuous Subscription Billing
By purchasing the hardware and subscribing to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud infrastructure, you agree to a continuous, month-to-month subscription. There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and you actively consent to recurring monthly charges at the standard per-camera rate set out in section 2.4, for the cameras on your System (including any change when you add or remove cameras), until the service is cancelled.
2.2 Promotional Periods and Fee Disclosures
If you activate your service under a promotional period (such as a waived activation fee or a discounted trial period) that subsequently converts to a standard or higher rate, RAZC Solution will provide you with a clear, legible written notice between two (2) and ten (10) days before the promotional period ends. This notice will specify the exact date the promotion expires and the new recurring price that will apply. Any non-recurring fees, including the CA$500 Re-Provisioning Fee, are disclosed upfront prior to checkout.
2.3 Cancellation and Termination
You maintain month-to-month flexibility and may cancel your continuous subscription at any time. To cancel, you may use the web-based cancellation mechanism accessible via your account portal online. Cancellation results in the immediate termination of all software services, remote cloud access, and encrypted VPN tunnels at the time the cancellation is processed. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.
Hardware & Included Delivery (Upfront): 100% of the hardware and equipment costs are due immediately upon checkout. Standard secure transit shipping is included in the price of every System and add-on hardware order. Hardware will not be ordered, configured, or shipped until this payment clears.Subscription (Monthly): The subscription is never billed at checkout. Monthly software, maintenance, and cloud subscription billing will officially commence on the day the delivered System is successfully plugged in and connects to the RAZC Solution network. Upon activation, the Client will immediately receive comprehensive system access, as described in section 3.2.4 Pricing, Cameras and Monthly Charges
Every System is sold for CA$3,000, paid once at checkout, and includes one camera. Every business gets the same Hardware. Additional cameras cost CA$1,000 each. The Subscription costs CA$25 per month for each camera on the System, including the camera that comes with it. For example, a System with 3 additional cameras costs CA$6,000 once, then CA$100 per month.
Cameras ordered with the System, or before the Subscription starts, are billed from the day the Subscription starts (section 2.3). When you order additional cameras after your Subscription has started, your monthly charge goes up by CA$25 for each new camera from the day your camera order is paid; the difference for the rest of the current billing period is prorated and added to your next invoice. If you remove cameras from your System, tell us, and your monthly charge goes down from your next billing date. A System supports up to 14 cameras. A larger site, or a second location, requires an additional System with its own Subscription.
The Wireless Bridge Kit (pre-paired outdoor radios for a point-to-point link of up to about 10 km with clear line of sight, plus a PoE switch for the far building that connects up to 3 cameras) costs CA$500, limit one per System. Cameras connected through the bridge count toward the System’s 14-camera maximum. All prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes.
2.5 Price Changes
RAZC Solution may change the monthly price per camera or its fees by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your first billing date after the notice period. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect, with no cancellation fee.
3. System Hardware & Remote Access Terms
While physical hardware costs are paid upfront, the Software is licensed, not sold. The Provider's configuration and settings, and its remote access, alert and cloud backup services (excluding the third-party software and infrastructure they run on), remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. Third-party software installed on the Recorder, including the operating system and the video management software, remains the property of its publishers and is used under their license terms; the optional Blue Iris mobile app is sold separately by its publisher. The Provider grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Software solely for internal business security purposes. The Client is strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, hacking, or attempting to extract the proprietary source code of the Software. Upon successful hardware deployment and network authentication, the Client receives its logins to view, review and export its video through the System's private https link and to manage its alerts. The Provider retains administrative access to the Recorder's operating system and configuration to deliver updates, health checks and support, as described in section 6.2.
4. Subscription Cancellation, Default, & ReactivationClient Cancellation: The Client may cancel their monthly software subscription at any time through the account portal. Upon cancellation, the subscription and associated encrypted tunnels terminate immediately.Non-Payment & Default Timeline: It is the Client's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method. If a monthly subscription payment fails, Stripe automatically retries the payment and emails the Client reminders, and the Client may update its payment method at any time through the account portal. If payment is not resolved within 21 days (3 weeks) of the first failed payment, the subscription is terminated: remote access (the System's private https link and the mobile app) and cloud backup are disconnected. The local Recorder keeps recording (see Local Recording below). Restoring remote access and cloud backup requires the Re-Provisioning Fee below.Local Recording: Following cancellation or suspension, the local Network Video Recorder (NVR) remains the Client's property and will continue to record a rolling minimum of 14 days of continuous local video, independently of the cloud. Cloud alert clips already stored are deleted on their normal 30-day cycle.Re-Provisioning Fee & Mandatory Manual Reinstatement: Due to the strict Zero Trust security architecture, remote access cannot be automatically resumed. To reinstate the software interface, cloud viewing capabilities, and remote encrypted tunnel after a cancellation or non-payment termination, the Client must directly contact the Provider's commercial support team at [email protected] to initiate a manual network restoration. The Client must pay a non-refundable Re-Provisioning Fee of CA$500, charged once with the first invoice of the reinstated subscription, covering specialized technical labor, cryptographic key regeneration, and VPN tunnel re-authentication, in addition to resuming the standard monthly subscription rate per camera (section 2.4). This is the fee shown on our website as the CA$500 Reactivation Fee. The Client authorizes the Provider to charge the payment method on file for this fee with that first invoice.System Upgrades & Multi-Site Deployments:
Each System is assigned its own unique cryptographic keys and supports up to 14 cameras. Additional cameras for an existing System can be ordered online at any time with the email address used for the original System order, and the monthly charge adjusts automatically under section 2.4; a camera order that would take a System past 14 cameras is not applied, and the Provider refunds that order in full. A second location, or a site that needs more than 14 cameras, requires an additional System purchased online, which initiates a separate, concurrently billed subscription.
5. Shipping, Returns, Logistics & Restocking PolicyIncluded Delivery & Import Duties (DDP Policy): Every System and add-on hardware order includes standard secure transit shipping from our facility in Cowansville, Quebec, to the business address provided in Canada or the United States. Orders delivered to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): RAZC Solution pays the US import duties, tariffs and customs brokerage fees, so the Client owes nothing to the courier on delivery. Any US state or local sales or use tax that applies to the Client's purchase remains the Client's responsibility.Return Process, Freight & Restocking Fee: Returns on hardware are only accepted within 14 days of the Delivery Date. The Client must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping. Authorized returns of non-defective items are shipped FOB Destination, meaning the Client bears 100% responsibility for all return shipping costs, providing valid tracking, securing insurance, and assuming the risk of loss until the items physically arrive and are inspected at the Provider's facility. All accepted non-defective returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee to cover initial configuration, bench-testing, provisioning labor, and to offset the original outbound transit costs. Non-defective equipment must be unused, uninstalled and complete in its original packaging, and returned in its original, undamaged condition using proper commercial packaging; a Recorder that has been plugged in and activated counts as used. Any evidence of attempted physical installation, clipped cables, stripped mounting screws, electrical shorting, or cosmetic damage immediately voids return eligibility and refunds will be refused. Defective or dead-on-arrival items are replaced under our Warranty Policy with no restocking fee, and the Provider pays shipping both ways. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Hardware & Data Ownership & Privacy Compliance
Following clearance of the upfront payment and delivery, the Client assumes full legal ownership of the physical hardware and retains absolute ownership of their video data.
Data Roles: For the personal information captured in the Client's Footage (for example, people who appear on camera), the Client is designated as the Data Controller, and the Provider is strictly a Data Processor acting on the Client's behalf under section 6.1. For the Client's account, billing, support and system information, the Provider is responsible, as described in our Privacy Policy.6.1 Service Provider Terms (Quebec Law 25)
When the Provider stores or handles Footage or other personal information on the Client's behalf, the Provider:
(a) keeps it confidential, and gives access only to staff who need it to perform this Agreement and who are bound by confidentiality;
(b) uses it only to provide the services the Client asked for (cloud backup of alert clips, footage retrieval and technical support), and for no other purpose;
(c) protects it with security measures suited to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and in cloud storage, and access controls;
(d) notifies the Client's privacy contact without delay of any breach or attempted breach of these confidentiality obligations, and helps the Client meet its own legal obligations about it;
(e) lets the Client verify, on reasonable request, how the Provider meets these obligations;
(f) stores the cloud backup clips of Canadian clients in Canada (in Ontario) and those of US clients in the United States;
(g) uses other service providers for this work (cloud storage and secure network connectivity) only under confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to these, and remains responsible for them; and
(h) does not keep it once it is no longer needed for the service: cloud alert clips are deleted automatically 30 days after upload and permanently erased within a further 30 days (an earlier version of an overwritten clip is permanently erased 30 days after it was replaced), and any Footage the Provider still holds is deleted within 30 days after the subscription ends, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
6.2 Provider Access to the System and Cloud Backup
Apart from automated health checks and software updates, which never involve viewing video, the Provider's team accesses the Client's System, or views its video or cloud clips, only:
(a) when the Client asks, for technical support or to retrieve footage, after the Client or one of its authorized contacts approves that access; or
(b) when the law requires it, for example under a court order. Unless the law prohibits it, the Provider tells the Client first.
The Provider does not watch live video or browse recordings for any other reason.
Client Compliance Warranties: The Client warrants that, before activating the AI object detection and recording systems, it has confirmed that video surveillance is necessary for its purposes, conducted all necessary Privacy Impact Assessments, posted all legally required physical surveillance notices on its premises, informed its employees and obtained any consents the law requires, and limited camera views to what it needs. Cameras must never be pointed at washrooms, changing rooms or other places where people expect privacy, or into neighbouring homes. If the Client's business is in Quebec, its cloud alert clips are stored outside Quebec (in Ontario), and Quebec law may require the Client to assess this before using cloud backup; the Provider will give the Client the information about the System it needs for that assessment. No audio is recorded: audio recording is not enabled on any camera the Provider supplies, and the Client must not add audio recording to the System. The Provider claims no ownership of the Client's Footage and assumes no liability for the Client's own regulatory compliance failures.7. System Warranty & Liability Limitation
The Provider warrants all Hardware it supplies, the Recorder included, against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from its Delivery Date, whether or not the Subscription is active. After that, the Provider replaces defective Hardware free of charge for as long as the System's Subscription stays active. Dead-on-arrival or defective items are replaced with no restocking fee, and the Provider pays shipping both ways. Claims are checked against the serial number and the purchase and delivery dates recorded for the System. Full details and exclusions are in our Warranty Policy. The Provider warrants the software configuration and encrypted network tunnel only for the duration of an active monthly subscription.
7.1 DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR WARRANTY POLICY, RAZC SOLUTION PROVIDES THE SAAS PLATFORM, AND ANY HARDWARE NO LONGER COVERED BY THOSE WARRANTIES, "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAZC SOLUTION DOES NOT PROMISE THAT REMOTE ACCESS, NOTIFICATIONS OR CLOUD BACKUP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SYSTEM WILL DETECT OR PREVENT EVERY INCIDENT. THE SYSTEM RECORDS VIDEO AND SENDS ALERTS; IT IS NOT A MONITORED ALARM OR AN EMERGENCY SERVICE.
Note: Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the legal warranty of quality under the Civil Code of Québec (articles 1726 to 1733), or any other warranty or condition, where the law does not allow it.7.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAZC SOLUTION'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, FOR HARDWARE AND SUBSCRIPTION FEES COMBINED, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL RAZC SOLUTION BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT LOSSES, SUCH AS LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR THEFT OR DAMAGE AT YOUR PREMISES THAT THE SYSTEM DID NOT PREVENT.
Note: These limits do not apply to: (a) bodily or moral injury caused to a person; (b) material injury caused by RAZC Solution's intentional or gross fault (Civil Code of Québec, article 1474); (c) the legal warranty of quality, where the law does not allow it to be limited; or (d) any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.8. Client Infrastructure & Installation Responsibilities
The Provider delivers pre-configured hardware. The Client is 100% responsible for the physical mounting, cabling, and local setup.
Installation: The Client installs the System itself or has it installed by anyone it chooses; the Provider does not install Hardware or visit the Client's premises. Whoever performs the work must follow the laws, codes and building rules that apply at the site, and if the Client hires someone, choosing a person who holds any license the law requires is the Client's responsibility (in Quebec, for example, a Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP) license to install electronic security systems for others, where required). The Provider is a systems integrator and SaaS provider—not a central monitoring station or emergency dispatch service. Live viewing and responding to alerts are strictly self-managed by the Client.Vicarious Liability Shield: The Client assumes all liability for installation, incorrect wiring, or physical negligence, whether the work is done by the Client or by anyone it hires. The Provider assumes zero liability for property damage, electrical fires, personal injury, or system failures resulting from client or contractor error. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and power supply. This paragraph does not limit the Provider's liability in the cases listed in the Note to section 7.2.9. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The Client agrees not to use the hardware, software, cloud storage, or AI processing for any unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, tortious, or unauthorized purposes (including pointing cameras into private residential windows, washrooms or changing rooms, or adding audio recording to the System). The Client must not use the VPN architecture to distribute malware or execute network attacks. The Provider reserves the unilateral right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the encrypted cloud tunnel, without prior notice and without refund, if the Provider reasonably suspects a violation of this AUP or any criminal activity.
10. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be liable for any failure, delay, data loss, or interruption in service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, lightning, power grid failures, regional internet or telecommunications outages, third-party cloud hosting provider failures, cyberattacks, labor disputes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions.
11. Indemnification and Duty to Defend
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAZC Solution, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, and legal fees arising out of or related to: (a) the Client's violation of any privacy laws, wiretapping statutes, or regulations; (b) the Client's misuse of the surveillance hardware or Software; (c) any negligent physical installation, whether performed by the Client or by anyone it hires; or (d) any breach of this Agreement by the Client.
12. Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Class-Action Waiver: The Client and Provider agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this specific waiver is found to be unenforceable in a consumer context within a specific jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed while the remaining arbitration terms remain in full force.13. Governing Law, Venue and SeverabilityGoverning Law: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.Exclusive Venue: Any legal action, motion, or arbitration permitted under this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the provincial or district courts located within the District of Bedford or Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and the Client expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.14. Changes to This Agreement
RAZC Solution may update this Agreement by giving you email notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel your subscription before that date with no cancellation fee. Changes required by law may take effect sooner.
15. Language
The French version of this Agreement and of our policies is presented first, including through the Terms link at checkout. If you accept this Agreement in English, you confirm that you were given the French version first and that it is your express wish to be bound by the English version.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
RAZC Solution ("we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Cowansville, Quebec, is committed to safeguarding the personal and corporate information of our clients. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, retention, and cross-border transfer of data in compliance with Quebec Law 25 (which amended Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector) and other applicable privacy laws. It covers the contacts at our business clients and visitors to our website. Video recorded by a client's cameras belongs to that client; we handle it only as the client's service provider, as explained in section 5.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information strictly necessary to fulfill hardware orders, provide remote access and cloud storage, support your system, and manage recurring billing:
Identity & Contact Data: Name, business name, names of your authorized contacts, shipping/billing address, email address, and phone number.Business Verification Data: Tax registration numbers (such as GST/HST and QST numbers) or business registration number, used to confirm that you are a business.Technical & Telemetry Data: MAC addresses, BIOS serial numbers, private network addresses, online status, and disk and software health for purchased NVR systems, plus the serial numbers and delivery dates we use for warranty claims.Support Records: The messages you send us, our replies, and the approvals you give for support sessions and footage retrievals.Payment Data: Secure payment tokens (Customer IDs) managed exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not process or store raw credit card numbers on our servers.Video Footage: Alert clips copied from your system to cloud backup. We store these for you as your service provider and do not view them except as described in section 5.3. How We Use Your Data & Billing Mandates
Your data is used to confirm that you are a business, provision and ship your hardware, provide remote access and cloud backup, support your system, handle warranty claims, manage your subscription, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Delayed Subscription Billing: By purchasing a base system (CA$3,000, paid once at checkout), you authorize a securely vaulted payment profile with Stripe. The recurring monthly subscription (CA$25 per camera per month) remains inactive until the NVR initiates its first successful network connection on-site. Upon telemetry confirmation of this connection, the recurring billing cycle automatically begins.Add-On Purchases: Payment methods saved during the purchase of one-time hardware expansions (e.g., additional cameras, wireless bridge kits) are used solely for order fulfillment and are not subjected to new subscription billing. Each additional camera adds CA$25 per month to your existing subscription, billed to your system's payment method on file, from the day the order is paid (or, if your system has not connected yet, from the day your subscription starts), as set out in our Terms of Service. A wireless bridge kit is not subjected to any subscription billing.4. Third-Party Processors & Cross-Border Data Transfers
Absolute sovereignty over your surveillance footage is our priority. Your continuous recordings are stored only on the NVR at your premises. Only alert clips are copied to cloud backup, and they are stored encrypted in your own country: in Canada (Ontario) for Canadian clients and in the United States for US clients. When you view your system remotely, video feeds are encrypted end-to-end, from your NVR to your browser or app; our network infrastructure provider's relay servers may carry that encrypted traffic, but they cannot decrypt it. Anyone who opens your system's link must log in with a username and password before seeing any video; your login is what protects your video, so keep it private. If you use the optional Blue Iris mobile app, it is provided by its publisher under its own terms and privacy policy.
To deliver billing, logistics, remote access, cloud backup, and order fulfillment, the information needed for each task is securely transferred to and processed by specialized third-party enterprise partners located outside of Quebec (primarily in the United States). They receive only what they need and are bound by agreements that require them to protect it. Our processor categories include:Payment Gateways (Stripe, US): For secure tokenization, checkout, invoicing, and subscription billing.Cloud Backup Storage (Canada for Canadian clients, US for US clients): For encrypted storage of your alert clips for 30 days.Network Infrastructure Providers (US and other countries): For managing the encrypted handshakes and telemetry that power your secure remote tunnel, and for relaying encrypted viewing traffic that they cannot decrypt.Remote Maintenance Providers (US): For software updates and health monitoring on your NVR.CRM & Fulfillment Platforms (US): For order mapping, system telemetry tracking, and automated service delivery.Email & Business Software Providers (US and other countries): For email and business records.Shipping & Logistics Providers (Canada/US): For calculating transit logistics and delivering physical hardware. Some of these partners store or process information outside Quebec, including in other provinces, in the United States and in other countries, where it may be subject to local laws, including lawful access by authorities. Before we send personal information outside Quebec, we assess the privacy risks as Quebec law requires and ensure the information will be adequately protected.5. Video Footage, Data Retention & Security
Your Footage: Your cameras record to the NVR at your premises, and alert clips are also copied to cloud backup. For this footage, we act only as your service provider: we keep it confidential and use it only to provide the service.
Team Access: We do not watch your cameras or browse your recordings. Apart from automated health checks and software updates, which never involve viewing video, our team accesses your system, or views your video or cloud clips, only when you ask us to, for support or footage retrieval, and you or your authorized contact approve it, or when the law requires it, for example under a court order (unless the law prohibits it, we tell you first).Retention: We retain client data only while your subscription or hardware warranty remains in effect, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally six years for billing records). Cloud alert clips are governed by strict 30-day lifecycle expiration rules, ensuring rolling deletion of footage: each clip is deleted automatically 30 days after upload and permanently erased within a further 30 days, and the earlier version of an overwritten clip is permanently erased 30 days after it was replaced. Any footage we still hold is deleted within 30 days after your subscription ends. We keep information longer only if the law requires it, for example under a court order.Security: Access to client information is limited to staff who need it and is protected by access controls; cloud clips travel over encrypted connections and are stored encrypted. If a confidentiality incident involving personal information we are responsible for creates a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people affected, as the law requires, and we keep a register of incidents. For footage, we notify the client without delay and help it meet its own obligations.6. Your Rights & Privacy Officer Contact
Under Quebec Law 25, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal information, to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format, and to withdraw your consent where we rely on consent. We answer written requests within 30 days. To make a request or a privacy complaint, write to our Privacy Officer at the address below; we review every complaint and answer it in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (www.cai.gouv.qc.ca).
If you appear in a client's footage, please contact that business first; we will help it answer your request.
RAZC Solution has designated a Privacy Officer to oversee compliance and to receive your requests.

7. Website and Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our website host may record standard technical information, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure, and a few technical tools may store small settings in your browser so the site works properly. If you email us, we use what you send to answer you and, if you are a client, to keep your support records (section 2). Payments are made on Stripe's own secure pages, under Stripe's privacy policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We post any update to this policy on this page with its new date, and we notify clients by email of important changes.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window & RMA Requirement
Returns on non-defective hardware are only accepted within 14 days of the item's initial delivery date. The Client must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing [email protected] prior to shipping. Returns sent without an RMA are not accepted.
2. Defective or Dead-on-Arrival Items
If an item arrives dead or defective, we replace it with no restocking fee and pay shipping both ways, as set out in our Warranty Policy. Tell us as soon as you notice the problem. Defective items are handled under our Warranty Policy for as long as they are covered.
3. Freight and Return Shipping
Authorized non-defective returns are shipped FOB Destination, meaning the Client bears 100% responsibility for all return shipping costs, providing valid tracking, securing insurance, and assuming the risk of loss until the items physically arrive and are inspected at the Provider's facility.
4. Restocking Fee & Condition
All accepted non-defective returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee to cover initial configuration, bench-testing, provisioning labor, and to offset the original outbound transit costs. Equipment must be returned unused, uninstalled and complete in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories, in its original, undamaged condition, and shipped in proper commercial packaging. A recorder that has been plugged in and activated on our network counts as used. Any evidence of attempted physical installation, clipped cables, stripped mounting screws, electrical shorting, or cosmetic damage immediately voids eligibility for a non-defective return and refunds will be refused.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the items, we refund the purchase price, less the restocking fee where it applies, to the original payment method. If you return the base system, we cancel its subscription.

Limited Warranty Policy

1. Hardware Warranty (12 Months, Direct)
RAZC Solution operates as a systems integrator and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We source best-in-class, enterprise-grade hardware (including cameras, surveillance drives, switches, and bridges) from top-tier original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and we back everything we supply with our own direct warranty.
RAZC Solution warrants all Hardware we supply (recorder, hard drive, network switch, cameras and wireless bridge kits) against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from its Delivery Date, whether or not you have an active subscription. You deal only with us; we handle any claim with the manufacturer. The recorder is custom-built by RAZC Solution; its components may be new or professionally restored, and it carries the same coverage as every other item.2. Extended Replacement While Your Subscription Is Active
After the first 12 months, we replace defective Hardware free of charge for as long as the monthly subscription for that System stays active. If the subscription is cancelled, this extended coverage ends. Your first 12 months of coverage and your legal warranty rights are not affected.
3. Dead-on-Arrival and Defective Items
Items that arrive dead or defective, or that fail while covered, are replaced with no restocking fee. We may repair the item or replace it with the same model or an equivalent or better one, new or professionally restored. A replacement item is covered for the rest of the original item's coverage.
4. How to File a Claim
Email [email protected] with your business name, the serial number of the item (or of your recorder) and a short description of the problem. We check every claim against the serial number recorded for your System when it shipped and against your purchase and delivery dates. We may first ask you to run simple checks with us, or to approve a remote support session. We pay shipping both ways on warranty and dead-on-arrival claims: the replacement ships at our cost, and if we need the defective item back, we send you a prepaid return label. For deliveries to the United States, we also pay the import duties and brokerage on replacements, as set out in our Terms of Service.
5. Software and Network Warranty
RAZC Solution warrants that our software, Deep AI object-detection algorithms, and encrypted remote access architecture will perform substantially as described, provided that the Client maintains an active, paid-in-full monthly subscription. If any of them does not perform as described, contact us and we will correct the problem. This software warranty remains in effect only for the duration of an active subscription.
6. Warranty Exclusions and Voidance
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover, and coverage for the affected item is immediately voided by, any of the following:
Installation: Any physical damage, electrical shorting, or system failure resulting from installation, cabling, or mounting, whether performed by you or by anyone you hire.Physical Damage & Abuse: Damage caused by vandalism, dropping, blunt force, improper handling, or cosmetic wear and tear.Tampering: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or physically alter the hardware or software configurations.Force Majeure: Damage caused by extreme weather, acts of God, power surges, lightning strikes, or regional internet outages.Improper Environment: Using the equipment outside of the manufacturer's stated temperature, moisture, or environmental operating guidelines. The cost of labor to remove or reinstall an item, whether yours or that of anyone you hire, is not covered, except where the law requires otherwise.7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Apart from the warranties in this policy and our Terms of Service, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAZC Solution expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Note: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits the legal warranty of quality under the Civil Code of Québec, or any other right, where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.8. Limitation of Liability
Except as stated below, in no event shall RAZC Solution, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or property theft, arising out of the use or inability to use the hardware or software. RAZC Solution's total cumulative liability is limited as set out in section 7.2 of our Terms of Service. These limits do not apply to bodily or moral injury, to intentional or gross fault, or to any liability the law does not allow to be limited.

1.1 Business Customers Only
RAZC Solution systems are strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) product, sold only to businesses and organizations for use at business premises in Canada and the United States.

(a) keeps it confidential, and gives access only to staff who need it to perform this Agreement and who are bound by confidentiality;
(b) uses it only to provide the services the Client asked for (cloud backup of alert clips, footage retrieval and technical support), and for no other purpose;
(c) protects it with security measures suited to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and in cloud storage, and access controls;
(d) notifies the Client's privacy contact without delay of any breach or attempted breach of these confidentiality obligations, and helps the Client meet its own legal obligations about it;
(e) lets the Client verify, on reasonable request, how the Provider meets these obligations;
(f) stores the cloud backup clips of Canadian clients in Canada (in Ontario) and those of US clients in the United States;

RAZC Solution - Privacy Policy

RAZC Solution - Return and Refund Policy

RAZC Solution - Warranty Policy
